Charming boutique hotel with rich history. The architecture radiates character, enhancing my stay. Room comfort stood out, featuring a cozy bed and fresh, clean linens. Enjoyed the pleasant outdoor sitting area. I appreciated the personalized attention from Gerardo, the manager, who served breakfast after hours and ensured all my needs were met. Despite the lovely experience, the spa service disappointed. Difficulty scheduling a massage tarnished that aspect. During my visit, the massage lacked some relaxing essentials like dim lighting and soothing music in the background. Additionally, the spa amenities were not accessible for long, which felt limiting. The breakfast selection needs improvement too, as options felt limited. If these areas were enhanced, the hotel would truly become a perfect getaway.

Opt for a room deeper in the building to minimize noise. Breakfast service improved when requested, as the manager is attentive to guests’ needs.

The beautiful architecture adds a charming atmosphere.
Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several issues. The first room I was assigned had terrible soundproofing, allowing for every little noise from the lobby and street to interrupt my peace. I even had to change rooms due to this, but the second one wasn't much better. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing. the juice tasted overly diluted, and the selection just didn’t live up to my expectations.

Couple looking for charm and comfort
The breakfast was really good and abundant, almost felt like a buffet of local flavors. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help with whatever we needed.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was acceptable.

I really enjoyed my time here. the king-sized bed was super comfy and the shower was honestly the best I've experienced in Ecuador. Plus, the spa offered a great steam room and relaxing full body massage that made unwinding easy. Just a heads-up, the breakfast could use a bit of an upgrade, but it didn’t put a damper on my stay!
